Montreal Tech Watch

It’s almost that time of the year again : we’ve seen the first snowfalls, which means the ski season is just around the corner !

If you want a good excuse to hit the slopes on a regular basis this winter, why not join StartupSki ?

This very loosely organized group has one goal : motivate you to get out there and ski/snowboard as often as possible, while sharing good times with like-minded people from the Montreal Startup Community.

To participate, it’s very simple : contact one of the organizers (Gregory Whiteside @paisible or James Duncan @jamesaduncan) and politely ask them to invite you to the members Google Docs spreadsheet. There, you can add your contact information, as well as specify if you own a car or need to share a ride, which mountains you intend on getting ski passes for etc.

To be clear, StartupSki is NOT officially organizing any of the “outings” ; rather, it’s simply a list of people that might be ready to jump in the car with you on a second’s notice to tear down the mountain.

Of course, the more the merrier, so if you want to get 10 people out to Tremblant for a week-end, here’s the place to start !
