Montreal Tech Watch

startupifier

Startupifier is inviting the startup community to its first startup academy workshops, and they’ve got Mark MacLeod (@startupcfo) as the first presenter.

from the RSVP page:

The SaaS math workshop will go over and help you answer these questions:

  • What SaaS metrics do you need to be tracking?
  • How much you should be charging your customers?
  • What factors affect your SaaS startup’s valuation?

The actual workshop will last around 90 minutes and will then be followed by a Q&A period where Mark will answer any questions that you have.

For those who were at the International Startup Festival, the scope of the workshop si similar to Michael McDerment’s talk about SaaS metrics. The workshop should be also a great way to connect with other entrepreneurs and Real Ventures, if you are looking to meet investors.

The event is scheduled next week at Notman House, from 6 to 8pm. Get a ticket here
