For those looking for a space to work, Nexus Montreal is the new coworking space in Montréal for web developers, freelancers, and for new companies. It has a large shared space where consultants and solo-preneurs can get a desk, similar to Station-C or ECTO, and has also conference rooms should you need to pitch or work with business partners. Compared to those other coworking spaces though, Nexus Mtl also offer private offices, ranging from 2 desks to 5-6 desks, the latter ideal for a web development agency looking to house the whole team in the same office, or for a startup.

Nexus Montreal is on the St-Laurent / Mont-Royal Corner, an ideal location in the Plateau, between downtown and the MileEnd area, perhaps more closer to their target market. It’s a commercial service by web development company Noesis Innovation. Here we see Mike Boissé, there are private offices and shared printers behind him

Ariel Roberge, head of Compost Marketing North America, a “new” email marketing solution, says the location and space is great for them. For $700, they get privacy and a “real” office.
