Position: Web Producer: High-profile Virtual World Project

Responsibilites and Tasks:

EA is looking for a great Web Producer / Development Manager to work on a high-profile virtual world for kids, based on an incredibly popular consumer brand.

Job description:

• Maintain digital product catalog for subscriptions and microtransactions.
• Generate, track and distribute digital product entitlements to internal and external clients.
• Review Customer Service SLA’s (service level agreements), propose and implement changes and improvements within exiting budget.
• Implement a regular review process for deliverables with multi-owner dependencies, including website schedules and digital product entitlements .
• As necessary, debug website, registration and purchase flow. Assist QA department in creating test plans for these and similar features.
• Take over product localization planning and tracking. Coordinate asset translation and QA with internal and external providers.
• Track BI report requests from product leadership, marketing and finance, schedule and track implementation with engineering team.
• Report to product leadership on status of ongoing services and new initiatives
• Collaborate as needed with Marketing, QA, Tech Teams, Distribution, Deployment, Localization, Finance, Legal and external vendors.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years project management experience in multimedia or web development. (Ideally in the video game industry)
• Solid understanding of internet and web technology.
• Programming experience a plus but not required
• Strong multitasking, follow-through and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at building relationships across various levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience applying these skills to resolve project issues.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
