Position: Paid Solution / SEM Analyst

Responsibilites and Tasks:
NVI is looking for a new Paid Search / SEM analyst to work full-time on our e-marketing team.

The position involves the creation, implementation, optimization, and management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns as well as the development of the company’s overall paid search strategy. The Paid Search Analyst will play a central role in using PPC to drive lead acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale search engine marketing campaigns.

We want someone who can work hard and stay focused, even in a casual environment, not too shy to speak up, able to crack a joke and keep things light and fun. Someone who not only has a business sense, but has put this sense to work in a web context.

Core Responsibilities
Encourage the growth of client PPC campaigns
Report on and forecast PPC performance
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices and regularly communicate this knowledge to the team.
Find ways to streamline or automate campaign management and reporting by trying new PPC features/technologies and third party solutions.

Requirements:
Skills
Strong knowledge of PPC search tools as well as an ability to stay abreast of emerging PPC trends and opportunities
Overall understanding of how search engine technology works
Strong written and spoken English skills; French knowledge a plus
Highly developed organizational and time management skills
At least two years experience in online advertising and SEO/SEM
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
Google AdWords Professional certification

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience
