Responsibilites and Tasks:
Position immediately available in Montreal office located in the Plateau. Support and manage virtual data centre for cloud service at Web startup. Design and implement new internal company services and customer-facing services

Requirements:
Three years of experience with administration of LAMP stack Web applications
Experience with customer-facing data centres
Experience with Ubuntu or other Debian-based Linux systems
Fluency in English

Pluses
Experience with MySQL clusters and replication
Experience with managing public Web sites
Experience with software as a service
Experience with memcached
Experience with ActiveMQ
Experience with Java services
Experience with Web and Internet security
Experience with an Open Source community
Fluency in French

Position: Customer Support Technician

Responsibilites and Tasks:
osition immediately available in Montreal office located in the Plateau. Provide technical support via phone, IM and email for our Open Source Web software and our hosted software service to end users and administrators. Manage and prioritize support tickets through Web-based tool. Escalate serious issues to developers, documentation, sales staff.

Requirements:
One year of customer support experience
Fluency in English (written and spoken), good verbal and written communication skills, and excellent people skills, are essential.
Familiarity with IRC
Skilled with using browser-based applications
Able to work from Montreal, QC office

Pluses
Experience with customer support for computer software, esp. Web software
Fluency in French (spoken and written)
Fluency in one of: German, Russian, Mandarin, Hindi (spoken and written)
Familiarity with installing and administering Web software
Familiarity with Unix or Linux command line
Familiarity with MySQL or other relational database software
Familiarity with PHP and/or PHP-based programs like WordPress or Drupal
Familiarity with RT ticket-tracking system
Familiarity with bug-reporting systems
