Looking for Facebook App Developer

Télé-Ressources Ltée (Les Services de placement) is a staffing firm in Montreal.  We are currently looking for a Facebook App developer to create a French game application based on words.  We have an idea for an application but we are also open to other’s inputs, thus the project has a lot of room for creativity.
