Montreal Tech Entrepreneur Breakfasts changed to bi-monthly schedule (4)
The Tech Entrepreneur Breakfasts, which were to this day planned every month, are now going to be setup every two months instead. This means the next breakfast is due in the 2nd tuesday of December.
For entrepreneurs, this doesn’t mean a lack of activity on the high technology scene in Montreal, to the contrary. There’s StartupEmpire, StartupCampMontreal, the upcoming Montreal NewTech meetup which I encourage everyone to have a look at, and they are more than enough to fill your agenda for November (and then a whole lot more)
Ben Yoskovitz, the original investigator of the meetup, is also the CEO of Standoutjobs, and the startup is in the crucial phase of commercializing their main product. I understand he has to put all of his efforts and energy in the startup. Of course, doing the Tech Breakfasts every 2 months will also leave more time to organize the meetup.
Incidentally, there are talks about finding corporate backing for the event. If there’s any fund, organization, or company looking to reach out to entrepreneurs, this would be an ideal event. Corporate backing would also bring in more stability to the event and might appeal to an even larger audience. If interested, leave a comment below or send an email to Ben directly.

Hey Heri, thanks. I hope to see you there next week.

I am definitely sad to have missed this one. I was in Toronto. I cross my fingers that I can attend the next one… In February I guess.
