Marc, that&#039;s so true. Ruby is so flexible that I have yet to see a situation where someone is struck to the point of considering using another language.</description>

I&#039;d put #3 as #1. As Ruby openness is the reason why it&#039;s so readable and ensure you won&#039;t never be stuck in a situation when you&#039;d say: oh this can&#039;t be done with Ruby.

- i am amazed that francois and dan simard are doing rubyfleeby and timmyonline from Trois-Rivieres. 
- also like he says, a lot of people assimilate ruby and rails, although there are other web frameworks like camping which are based on ruby. there are also many other frameworks which use the MVC model + Rails design pattern. Django and Cakephp comes to my mind. 
- timmyontime is interesting, as i think it&#039;s the first rails site to interface with instant messenging. i might be wrong though.</description>
