By Heri Jul 13th 2007 in Design

I just closed the previous poll. Readers of Montreal Tech Watch define themselves as:

  • 26% are in programming (19 votes)
  • 22% are in blogging/working in media (16 votes)
  • 18% are in entrepreneurship (13 votes)
  • 12.5% are in marketing (9 votes)
  • 9.7% are just montrealers interested in technology(7 votes)
  • 3% are students (2 votes)

The rest is:

  • scientist (1 vote)
  • university professor in MIS (1 vote)
  • VC (1 vote)
  • technical writer (1 vote)
  • Research Professional (1 vote)

There were 72 votes in total. Thank you everyone! I hope one day everyone who answered the poll commented also on the posts.

As an aside, it’s great to have such a diverse community. I will run again the poll (but after a long time) and we will see how it evolves

Note: do not take it as an exact poll. But you can certainly use it to guess who are the montreal tech watch readers. Currently, the blog has 256 RSS subscribers and about 310 daily (unique) visitors
