Montreal Tech Watch

The Montreal E-Business Meetup group was initiated by Bilal Abdul Kader. He works for Concordia University but he is also a tech entrepreneur and a business consultant. I met him before, he runs a very popular small ads website for the Concordia community, and he knows his way around internet entrepreneurship.

Anyway, Bilal is organizing a Montreal E-Business owners meetup tomorrow, at Concordia University,1455 De Maisonneuve West, 7th floor student lounge, starting at 7pm.

I have had a mixed experience with the meetup.com groups. The flash & web design network was actually a very nice suprise, with really talented designers and flash programmers. Entrepreneurs meetups were less focused on the other hand. I am tempted to come tomorrow and give a chance to the event. I will see. There are currently 6 to 9 people who signed up for the event.
