Alliance NumeriQC, a business network for multimedia and digital companies, are inviting entrepreneurs and innovators each monday at their offices. They have a program, called fonds d’expérimentation multimedia (link in French), aimed at helping starting innovative multimedia projects. The project must be:
- innovative, involving for example technological research&development
- original and not enter in competition with existing Québec companies and products
- aimed at customers outside Québec, at least in the long-term. You can target Quebec customers at the beginning but it’s clear they consider exportation as part of the deal.
- must be a multimedia, telecommunications, or a web project
If you get selected, you can receive funding up to 50.000$; and also get solid marketing and management advice. You need to be a member of Alliance NumeriQC to get admission but the benefits of the program far outweighs the cost of registration.
